Makeup Services are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered but you can always write back to us on [email protected] and we shall be happy to connect with you, for further details, pls refer to the Terms & Conditions.
For Beauty Products,
Beaute Crete shall not be responsible for any product damages post delivery.
We will gladly issue a full refund only for unopened merchandise that is returned within 5 days from the date of delivery. Simply contact us on [email protected] or you can also raise a return request from your account on the website with all the details filled in. Our team shall review the same & would revert within 24-48 working hours.
However, please note that in all cases where the product has been delivered in a good condition but still the return request has been initiated, shipping charge for returning the shipment, at actuals shall be applicable.
However, considering that opened, used or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold and delivered.
Beaute Crete is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
- In case of any problem or damage during transit with the product, we shall exchange the product. All you need to do is give us a call on +918920562555 (10am-7pm from Monday-Saturday) or email us within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach us on or [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you.
Exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the original receipt/tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition and subject to following terms-
- Returns and exchanges requests will be subject to checking and vetting at our end.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
- Shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
- Once your return/refunds request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-10 business days.
- Please note if the exchange or return is only for your personal choice you can either courier the products on your own or if we will arrange a pickup you will be charged the return shipment cost as per actual.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
For Refunds please note the following –
- If you paid with a Credit or Debit card, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid for and it will reflect in the wallet/bank account/card/ in 4-5 working days from the date of accepting the refund.
- For Cash On Delivery orders, you will recieve your refund in your wallet/bank account/card in 4-5 working days from the date of accepting the refund.
- In case of cancellation of prepaid order, money will be refunded in your wallet/bank account/card in the next 4-5 working days.
Shipping charges paid by the customers are Non refundable in all the above cases.
Cancellation before shipment
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to us on [email protected] or call us on +918920562555 (10am-7pm from Monday-Saturday) or you can also raise a cancellation request from your account on the website.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.
Cancellation post shipment
If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with us on [email protected] or call us on +918920562555(10am-7pm from Monday-Saturday).
- In case you have cancelled an order, which has already been handed over to the courier company on our end, they may still attempt delivery. Kindly do not accept the delivery of the order.
- Once we receive the product(s) back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money within 4-5 working days but you shall be charges for the actual shipping charges & the same shall be deducted from your refund amount.
Please note our cancellation policy for Makeup Services:
-All Cancellations & Rebookings, which are more than 6 hours before the appointment time, shall be fully refundable and the amount shall be refunded to your bank account in 5-7 working days.
-All Cancellations & Rebookings, between 4-6 hours prior to your appointment time will result in Rs 1500 as service charge and the same amount shall be deducted from the Amount paid for the Makeup Services & balance amount shall be credited to your bank account within 5-7 working days.
-All Cancellations & Rebookings, which are less than 4 hours from the appointment time will result in Rs 1500 as service charge and cancellation fee of 20% of the total Amount paid for the Makeup Services, the same amount shall be deducted from the Amount paid for the Makeup Services & balance amount shall be credited to your bank account within 5-7 working days.
Categories not eligible for Return:
- Electronic products / Personal care appliances cannot be returned due to hygiene issues. Returns for personal care appliances are accepted only for the purpose of warranty claims. We do not offer refund on this category.
- Makeup Services cannot be returned once delivered.
